Malcolm joined Hextalls in January 2008 having formerly been Head of the Personal Injury Group at Norton Rose LLP. His caseload and clients transferred with him at that time. Malcolm now specialises in occupational disease damages claims regularly acting for specialist insurers and corporate entities.
