Julian joined in Hextalls in 2004 having completed his training at Davies Arnold Cooper. Prior to re-training as a lawyer Julian spent 15 years as a doctor comprising six years in HM Forces and nine years as a partner in general practice. Since qualifying he has used those skills to enhance the service provided to clients.

Julian's experience covers travel and leisure, health and care and sport; covering both regulatory and liability issues.

Julian has experience in handling catastrophic injury claims together with class actions, recoveries and multijurisdictional issues. In addition he has also advised on personal accident schemes and risk management, together with representation at court to include coroner's inquests.

Julian sits as an accredited panel member on the RFU disciplinary panels.

Julian enjoys playing tennis, cricket and golf and trying to keep up with his 15 year old son!
